Christmas Delivery

Christmas deliveries will be made on Saturday 21st December, on a before noon service. Due to Christmas day falling on a Wednesday the courier has said that it is not possible to deliver on Tuesday 24th, it is too much of a risk for your Christmas meal. Courier companies always charge more for a Saturday service, they have however, under the circumstances, reduced their normal Saturday charge and we have also absorbed some of this increase.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that you have somewhere to store your poultry  below 4c. The use by date on all Christmas poultry will be 'use by 26th December', if you wish to use any of the products after this date please ensure that it is frozen on the day you receive it.

A £14 delivery charge will be added to a Whole Turkey, Turkey Crown, Rolled Turkey Breast, Whole Chicken and Whole Duck, delivery of any cut up product ordered with these will be free. If you are placing an order for more than one of the before mentioned products (with the exception of Whole Turkeys and larger Crowns) and we can fit your whole order into one box we will refund the extra delivery charge/charges.

The last day for ordering product for Christmas Delivery will be 10am 16th December. 

We can arrange delivery to most of the UK mainland. Unfortunately this is not possible to some outlying areas or Islands. Please find details below of mainland post codes where delivery is not possible.

Deliveries can only be made to one address. The courier will require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not going to be in please leave instructions as to where or with whom your order can be left. If you request that it is left without anyone present please indicate that ‘no signature’ is required. In this instance, neither the courier company or Gartmorn Farm is responsible if your order is misplaced, stolen or lost following delivery.
